The Governor’s House, initially known as Governor General’s House, Government House, and President’s House, is currently home to the Governor of Sindh, Imran Ismail. It is present on the Aiwan-e-Sadar Road of Karachi. It was built in 1939 and has been the home of many prominent figures, including the British Governors of Sindh before independence, Commissioners, Governors-General, President of Pakistan, and afterward present-day governor of Sindh province.
