The Boat Basin Park is located at Boat Basin, Clifton, Karachi. It covers the land of 240 acres, among which 40 acres is a dry area, whereas the remaining 200 acres in the basin. The previous Karachi Development Authority built the recreational park in the 1960s. After that, the KDA gave over control of the recreational park to the Karachi Metropolitan Corporation.
