Dolmen City is located in Clifton, Karachi, Pakistan, on the banks of the waterfront. Tower A, Tower B, Harbor Front, and Executive Tower are four towers. Established in 2011 with an area of 600,000 sq ft (56,000 m2), Dolmen Mall is at the basis of the complex. There are 130 stores – including multiple international brands. The whole Dolmen City complex covers a total area of 3.441.340 m2 (319,711 m2).
Originally, Dolmen City’s site was a casino closed off during the Zia-ul-Haq rule in 1978, before the casino’s official opening. The site had been purchased for 100 million rupees, but by 2019 it was projected to be 50 billion rupees. The complex was part of the Multinational Complex Project, a business owned 20% by the Arif Habib Group and 80% by the Dolmen Group. In Dolmen City REIT, companies have been listed on the Pakistan Stock Exchange since June 2015. The Dolmen City Complex was completed in phases and launched in 2005. The Dolmen Mall project was completed in 2011, and the Harbor Front and Executive Towers in 2019. In 2019, Towers A and B had been completed but had not yet been opened.

Dolmen City: Office Towers


Towers A and B’s height is 150 m (490 ft), each with 40 levels. Architect Shahid Abdulla designed them. Both corporate offices are located at the top 10 floors of Tower B. Executive Tower is a 17-story office building and is home to the Received request co-worker. The Harbor Front is a 19-floor office complex with multinationals like Mitsubishi and Procter & Gamble. The Harbor Front occupancy rate is 92% in Q1 2020.
